Either way, the Dip Attachment for Pull Up Mate has you covered. No more disassembly to perform close grip dips, get the dip attachment and immediately transision between full height pull ups and chin ups to close grip chest and tricep dips, and underhand rows on your Pull Up Mate.
The Dip Attachment also adds 15cm height to the Pull Up Mate and Pull Up Mate 2, meaning a total height of 215cm with the Dit Attachment fitted.
